Jim Heising

Prior to co-founding Voiceware, LLC, Jim Heising most recently was founder and CEO of Telephony2 Corporation. Before this, Jim served as co-founder and CTO of Click Commerce, Inc. (Nasdaq: CKCM), a Chicago based company specializing in supply and demand chain technology solutions for manufacturers. As CTO, Jim played an integral role in growing the company to over 400 people and taking the company public in 2000. Jim also served at Microsoft Corporation as the Technical Director of Global Alliances in the Server & Tools Division. In this role, he oversaw the development and execution of joint technology initiatives and managed budgets of over $150 million with companies such as Siebel, Peoplesoft, and SAP. Jim has also been nominated for Crain's Business Journal's Top Forty Under Forty and has been featured in Forbes Magazine. Jim’s role with be to define and manage the longer term vision, product roadmap, and technical architecture for Voiceware, Inc.

Steven Kravit

Prior to co-founding Voiceware LLC, Steven Kravit founded Direct Partners II Ltd, a Dallas TX provider of IP based solutions including IPPBX's.  Before that Steven was the Chief Operating officer of a leading manufacturer of luxury consumer products where he oversaw the day to day operations including all technology related initiatives.  Steven's leadership was instrumental in growing the company to over $100 million dollars in revenue and shipping over 1 million units.

Mike Tomazic

Prior to co-founding Voiceware, LLC. Michael Tomazic co-founded Telephony2 Corporation, a leader in IP-based telephony solutions. Before this, Mike served as Director of Global ISV Business Development at Microsoft, working with over 500 leading software companies to build strategic partnerships, increase adoption of key technologies, and execute channel and go-to-market initiatives. Mike’s background also includes serving as a Partner at Mercer Management Consulting and as Senior Director of Business Development for webMethods, Inc. (Nasdaq: WEBM).
